Why Three Children?

Our Lady appeared to three children, Lucia, St. Francisco, and St. Jacinta, in 1917 in Fatima, Portugal. She asked the children to pray the rosary for Russia, for World War I, and for peace. She also revealed three secrets to the children and miracles are associated with her appearances, including the miracle of the sun.
