Why a Bible?

St. Athanasius is best known for his passionate defense of the faith against Arianism, the belief that Jesus was not truly God. He was instrumental at the Council of Nicea, which adopted the Nicene Creed as the official beliefs of the church. He was a great voice in the Church for orthodoxy and biblical tradition in a tumultuous time.
