Why Dishes?

St. Bonaventure is a Doctor of the Church and a Franciscan who was a prolific writer and theologian in the Church. It is said that when he was named cardinal of the Church, the Pope sent a Papal delegation to give him the “red hat”. He was busy washing the dishes and asked them to wait outside while he finished his task, before being given his red hat.
